work with me

Fill out this form to schedule a discovery call.

I take a non-judgmental, lighthearted, and caring approach to work with you to listen to your wisest self.

To do this, together we…….

  • to identify what you really want to achieve in working together; this could take 5 minutes or 1-2 sessions

  • from the internal and external dialogues that may be taking place, in order to identify what to tackle first

  • and develop your action plan further to get you to where you want to be at the end of coaching

  • for as long as you need me to help you take incremental steps towards your goals. I will ask powerful questions to help you think holistically, challenge your assumptions, and bring you to what is the right next step for YOU. I will help you uncover your wisest self to identify those next steps. I’ll then support you in staying accountable to what your wisest self has identified.

Step 1: The discovery call

During a complimentary 15-50 minute discovery call, I will ask you questions to understand your level of familiarity with coaching and what you want to get out of coaching.

Throughout the conversation, I’ll share more about my process and tone, so you can decide if coaching with me is the right fit for you. We’ll begin to discuss on what success would look like for you at the end of the coaching relationship.

Step 2: The sign up

Decide which coaching package you would like to pursue and schedule your first coaching session.

Step 3: First coaching session

During our first 50 minute coaching session, we will get more clear on what success would look like at the end of our coaching relationship and dive in to begin our work!

Step 4: After the first coaching session

Meet 2-4 times per month for 50 minutes to make incremental progress towards your overall coaching goal.

During each session, we will have a clear outcome we are working to achieve at the end of the 50 minutes. You will never get to the end of the session and think “I just talked for 50 minutes, but don’t even know what I got out of that time!”

Step 5: Go forth!

We will take a holistic approach to the last session to debrief the progress you’ve made and discuss what the next step might be after we complete our coaching relationship.

Of course, you can always come back to continue on the same topic or work on something new.
